Return to Monkey Island, Ron Gilbert’s unexpected and thrilling return is a continuation of his legendary adventures game The Secret of Monkey Island (and Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge), which were co-developed with Lucasfilm Games.

It’s been many years that Guybrush Threepwood was last locked in a slugfest with his nemesis, the Zombie Pirate LeChuck. Guybrush’s true love, Elaine Marley, has changed her sights away from being a leader, and Guybrush himself has become lost and unhappy, never having realized what he believed to be the Secret of Monkey Island. Young, hip pirates headed by Captain Madison has snubbed the old guard away from the throne, Melee Island has taken a change in direction, and renowned businessman Stan is in prison for ‘marketing-related crimes’.

Speak to your former and new acquaintances on well-known islands which are under new, dangerous leadership. After that, head to the seas, and discover the new and unknown while you navigate your way out of tough predicaments. Guybrush is a combination of clever puzzles as well as bizarre scenarios. Guybrush will be able to make a name for himself through his clever ripostes.
